Diversity Email
This email was for an internal campaign to raise awareness of Simmons' diversity initiatives. It employs a template design that Simmons used to great success in many contexts, from internal communications, to admissions outreach.
One of the nicer qualities of the design is the strong emotive quality of the large visual banner. Interestingly, testing showed that the "mouse arrow" increased click-through significantly.
